The entire team at the BoA in Cochituate are really superior to most banks and personnel that I have dealt with. They know everyone that walks in by name and make you feel like you're part of the family! Their expertise to help me launch my company is unsurpassed.
Was easy to get in and the manager was great. Really friendly and helpful without making it feel like you're trying to be sold things the whole time (even though probably was, she seemed to genuinely just want to help). Even gave suggestions around the area and tip for getting to the RMV from there easier. Much better than the Waltham location I've been to.
