call at 10pm for one order to deliver, at 11:30 returned to call until 12:30 at night and never answered the phone and still took the money from the credit card
I have ordered here in the past and received okay customer service. Tonight has been the worst customer experience in my life. I accidentally placed an order as pick up. I was treated very harshly converting the order. I take offense because I have placed two orders minimum a week for the past 1 and a half years. Tonight I was treated like garbage and was hinted at receiving tainted food. I will never eat here again. I know I sound like I have sour grapes but this is my recommendation.
The pizza is great, and they have never messed up an order. The delivery is always on time and the drivers are polite.
