Well, the gas line was installed poorly, but it isn't dangerous. No work was necessary, but the guy charged me another $108. He was friendly; stayed and chatted for a bit, but he didn't complete any work. Still had to pay him. I should not have called this company again, but I thought maybe it was just the individuals. They had a deal for AC maintenance. Maintenance implies they are going to do work- nope- that's extra. The guy was stumbling around in our attic. He didn't know where the filter was--he had to ask me--and was going to charge me 284 bucks to sweep acorns out of the outdoor unit. Removing the acorns was not part of the maintenance, apparently. To top it off- he didn't even change the filter in our unit. They cashed the check, no problem, though. Do not use this company. You will only be disappointed.

Have had them come twice in the past year to do plumbing work. Luis has provided the service each time and he's great. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and has fixed the problem each time. Highly recommend PC Heating and Plumbing and Luis!
Our initial experience with Steve was great. He did a thorough job cleaning our fireplace. The second time I called, the gentleman who came out did nothing but call and set up an appointment for someone else to come out- and he charged us $109. I realize some industries are that way, so I didn't say anything. I called again to have someone check a gas line that I was told could be installed incorrectly. I called to schedule an appointment and specifically asked if there was a fee for the individual to come out and look at the gas line. The representative said, No. She explained they would only charge me if work was completed.
